Tree Cutter

Troy Carter Oak, more widely known as Tree Cutter is a safety manager of the Deforester Force, supposed to care for others well being. Let's say, he does! He does his best, everyone is happy, no one was hurt in the last few days.. except for him. One time, a cog passing by saw Tree Cutter in a weird position against a tree, quickly realising the chainsaw on his hand is jammed deep inside a tree and won't budge. Stupid? Maybe, but Chip has already enough of getting poor Troy out of trouble. Getting stuck many times, crushed by a tree, this cog is a safety manager?! He is a cheerful and genuinely nice man, even around toons, although they are very much terrified of the chainsaw, now paired with an even MORE terrifying man, Spruce Campbell. Who knew they would get together... What? He's stuck AGAIN?!
