Hey there, I tried to contact you via DMs and even Email and I'm still not getting any responses about this design. I understand that life gets in the way, I'm an artist and a human being too after all, but could I just get the character transferred or a total refund at that point ? I didn't get any update over the alleged extra chibi and no communication whatsoever whenever I tried to reach out about it. I either just want the character now or be refunded and stop business with you altogether please.
I have been waiting since start of September 2023 and it's honestly been stressing me out to get no communication whatsoever unless I reached out, and now being completely ignored.
