About

HAPPY-GO-LUCKY • CURIOUS • EXTROVERTED • AIR HEAD

In life, Amelia was a popular idol in her 20's, until a stalker killed her and froze her body. The indignation and hatred she bore during her final moments turned her into a vengeful ghost, eternally haunting her killer's bloodline. However, life (undeath?) is full of surprises! One uneventful day, Angelo was born into that family, and with him now in the picture, Amelia's negative emotions soon turned into warmth and familial affection.

She's a bit of an airhead with a little too much confidence. But hey it's fine, she's just a silly ghost, right!?

Book: Snow Pink

Now now, would you like to hear Amelia's story? I don't have much time, mortal child.

Ah, being a little late never killed anyone. Listen well...

Ghosts are such complex beings, aren't they? Well, this one... not so much.

Only when one is not themselves can they carry a weight as heavy as she did. But can you blame her? In her last moments, she despised all things alive. She did not think of her family, friends, fans, pets, or home. She saw red. How is it that she, pure-hearted and young as she is, had to go through this? Of all people, those who did wrong, those who sinned, why was Amelia being punished? How can this person straining her movements commit this act while claiming to be her most dedicated fan? The world is so unpredictable, mortal child. Her fan's love turned into poison as he did all he could to lock her away, only for him to admire, in a cold room tied to chains. She could only feel despair in a locked freezer, life slowly fading away as crimson, thin blood ran from the knife cuts all over her pale skin. In a few hours, she was all but a lifeless doll.

Pardon, was the description too much? Good. Here's to hoping you never grow used to my fickle manner of speech. However, do not interrupt me a second time.

As I was saying, this unfortunate flower had been plucked way too early. The assailant did not violate her in any way after his sin. His only aim was to keep her pristine; Cleaning her body and changing her clothes. Questionable chemicals to preserve her further. Once all was done, she could very much be mistaken by one of the mortal's fairy tale princesses. Unmoving, displayed on a bed of sculpted ice. She would never dance again.

You did not expect that, did you? This story would not entertain me if it were to stay the same, of course. I despise all things stagnant and eternal.

After her passing, Amelia's soul was not herself, consumed by the hunger for revenge. Her only goal was to bring relief and justice to herself. She had done many heinous acts during this period, unceasing anger the only thing keeping her from disappearing altogether. Ghosts can barely influence the material world, but her burden brought forth the ability to tamper with all things physical. The horrors would linger in their bloodline for a couple of generations. Yes, Amelia did not find comfort or satisfaction even when they passed away.

Everything changed when sweet baby Angelo came to life. Amelia's phantom was still crawling, not a single semblance of her bright self. Exhausted but resentful. Angelo's mother bore a different exhaustion, carrying years of fright together with her infant. After all the woman had been through, her successful delivery was nothing short of a miracle. Perhaps a divine force saw it fit to intervene, who knows? Tied together by the invisible chains of this timeline's fate, Amelia would watch the child grow and sin, much like his predecessors. How bold of her, to pass judgment on her own while still blind with fury, reduced to a dark spirit spitting hatred.

Angelo had barely been out of the womb when his birthmother attempted to hurt him. For the first time in Amelia's personal eternity, she felt lucid. How is it that he, pure hearted and young as he is, had to go through this? Still bloody and beaming with new life, he had done nothing wrong. She saw her own injustice repeat itself. Clarity overtook her while the scene unfolded inside the labor unit, soon to be replaced by despair as she realized what she had done to this family over and over, endlessly seeking revenge. Was the mother's violence the fruit of her efforts? Had she been the cause of this newborn's loud wailing? ...Didn't Amelia become the very thing her assailant was?

That's as far as I go, mortal child. You can probably guess what happened to the two of them next. This chapter bores me and I must take my leave.

Farewell.

Design

• Skirt long enough to cover her feet

• Eyes are a very, very clear blue

• Signature full twintails with curly ends

• Bandages on neck and body can change

• Can show her hands despite the long sleeves

Trivia

• Her biggest secret is how unsightly, creepy and unkept she was before Angelo came to be.

• Because she's tied to Angelo, she learned how to perform several medical procedures.

• Unfortunately ghosts can't hold objects for too long, so she'll never perform those.

• Often distracted by anything in her surroundings.

• Learned how to sleep even as a ghost.

• Contrary to popular belief, she doesn't float.

RELATIONSHIPS

ksqsTI7.jpg

Acacia

Love at first sight. Thinks Acacia is very cool and dashing. For once, she wished ghosts could touch, so she could court Acacia and treat her like a queen.

GONTR7V.jpg

Angelo

Amelia's haunting target, but not quite. Much like a dog on a leash, Amelia is bound to Angelo due to his bloodline. She accompanies his every step, except the toilet!! She tries her best to give him privacy, staying as far as she can at most times.

yz3qUKN.jpg

Dahlia

Together they're a weird match of... friends. Dahlia is way too silent and shy for Amelia's bright personality.

n5JppAH.jpg

Paola

The worst company you can suggest to Amelia. Together they do not have one braincell & usually end up in trouble. Paola sets Amelia's curiosity and energy on fire, so they get along way too well.

Allura

Amelia has nothing but respect to Allura and her knowledge. She often orders magical items from her little garden-shop, although she has no means of paying said items. (Allura just gives them away)

Andira

Amelia and Andira were quick to click; Andira is Angelo's right hand nurse after all. She still wouldn't call Andira a "friend", but it's close enough.
