13's adopted son. She pretty much assembled him herself to allow a new soul to grow. Some of his parts are from 6 and his middle is held together with staples. He's just a little guy. 

He used to have anime hair back in 2009 and I didn't wanna leave him bald so I gave him he's got a few 6 "hairs".
