Right, so, the history I thought of for this guy is that he was kinda in a hostage/prisoner situation with these evil scientist dudes, but this guy was also pretty smart so he became an assistant to one of the lead scientists. However, cause he was a prisoner and not very tough, he became the subject of a lot of experiemnts, hence why he is a cyborg. Later idk something happened and this dude is just always in shambles. If you use this its up to you if hes still a prisoner or like idk the science base got blown up and hes free but still weird about it lol.
