Normal Attack: Launch pyro-infused fans that whirl when they come in contact with an enemy. Performs up to three attacks, dealing AoE Pyro DMG.

Charged Attack: Consumes a certain amount of Stamina and deals AoE Pyro DMG in a straight line after a short casting time.

Plunging Attack: Gathering the power of Pyro, Hikari plunges towards the ground from mid-air, damaging all opponents in his path. Deals AoE Pyro DMG upon impact with the ground.

weMEmEb.png Ceaseless Performance Elemental Skill
Hikari redoubles his dance, not one to leave the audience wanting. Will take effect in different ways if Tapped or Held.

Press: Hikari twirls his fans around himself, dealing AoE Pyro DMG in the immediate area, and grants one stack of Empyrean Finesse for 5s.

Held: Hikari conjures a special fan of his own design, sending it towards the nearest enemy, dealing Pyro DMG and inflicting them with the Forced Encore state. While in the Forced Encore state, a pyro-infused fan will periodically swirl around the enemy, dealing Aoe Pyro DMG. A maximum of two enemies can be afflicted with the Forced Encore state at one time.

Starts with 2 charges.

Hikari musters every ounce of passion he has, putting it all into a final dance, dealing AoE Pyro DMG.

When he uses this skill, Hikari will reset the duration of any Forced Encore states currently afflicted on enemies. Additionally, when the Overloaded reaction is triggered on any enemies afflicted with the Forced Encore state, it will deal 150% increased DMG, increase their resistance to interruption, and increase Hikari's Elemental Mastery by 50 for ten seconds, max 3 stacks.

For 5s after Hikari takes the field, he will gain one stack of Empyrean Fineese. A maximum of one stack of Empyrean Finesse can be held at one time.

Empyrean Finesse: When an attack would do DMG to the active character, the active character's Interruption Resistance will be greatly increased, the attack's DMG is reduced by 95%, and the active character's Empyrean Finesse count will be reduced by 1.

Characters under the effect of Empyrean Finesse will decrease the Pryo RES of nearby enemies by 20%.

Under certain conditions, Hikari will gain increased stats.
  • When Hikari is the only Pyro character in the party, he gains 20% bonus Pyro DMG.
  • When Hikari is the only catalyst character in the party, he gains 75 Elemental Mastery.
  • When Hikari is the only Inazuma character in the party, he gains 20% Energy Recharge.

When all of these conditions are fulfilled, these bonuses are doubled.
