Design TOS:

(you may be blacklisted for breaking rules that are bolded):

• Do not delete the profile of my designs off toyhouse. If you sell offsite transfer the profile to me (add this reason in the transfer note) and i will store it here
• Don't sell for more than you paid for without extra commissioned or personal art. Do not inflate the worth of personal art. keep things reasonable 
• Do not use my designs to support LGBTQphobia, racism or sexism
• Do not make a species out of my designs or make imitation designs off it
• If you plan to redesign my design past recognition, you may return the original design and the redesign is a seperate character. The new character is no longer under my TOS as it is now your design. The returned design will be redesigned and may be resold* (Please read the asterisk note for more)
• Personal use only
• Do not associate my artwork or designs with NFTs in any way or use my art in AI

*If you decide to redesign past recognition but don't want to return the original, the redesign cannot be a seperate character and both must be traded/resold together.

Blacklist policy
By obtaining one of my designs in the future, you agree to these terms:
Blacklisted users cannot own my designs or obtain new ones

• if a design was given to you for free from me i will revoke it
• If you are found to be a scammer/zoo/map or break a bold/underlined rule, i will revoke all designs by me regardless of whether you paid
