Neptune is a one of the many magical living plushies that lives inside Cupcake’s toy box (including fellow cat Jupiter), a sweet and silly mer-kitty who loves all things glittery and sparkly (and playtime, of course!) She also has the distinction of being my very first adopt, being designed by lemoocado and based off of Baby Brightbow from Generation 1 of My Little Pony!!
