Juri is a villain, she is often hired by other villains to do tasks for them.
she befriended the turtles for a mission, and betrays them.
April never trusted her from the start, but the others gave her a benefit of a doubt, but ultimately that became their downfall as she showed her true colours.

She would steal things from them and use them in later date. After the betrayal she would often tease Donnie and Mikey, as they trusted her the most..
