Miguel Russo, but everyone just calls him Russo. He's a 'time anomaly' because of his ex-wife (it's complicated). His origins are becoming increasingly muddied, having been around at most eras in time, as well as having different variations of himself that he accidentally pulls from different timelines (see: Miguel Cereza-Russo). He's got lots of family that he's left behind, but not because he wanted to.
His body is made up of cancerous, parasitic teratoma (don't look that up) that house his DNA and time anomalous properties. When he dies, this parasitic cancer pulls other variations of himself from different timelines in order to spread and continue living, eventually breaking apart of itself from its new host and reforming into him again (as well as continuing to infect the other host because yay bonus points).
He's out-going, sporadic, flaky, questionable, dramatic, and kind of a drag sometimes. He's not really that great of a guy but people still like him for some reason. I'm sorry if you ever encounter him.
