BLITZ

Tagging the streets of New Amsterdam with his unpredictable karate-inspired tricks, Braylan O'Connor, better known as Blitz, is a bit of a loner, and likes it that way. Gangs just get in his way.

His tall, slender yet very toned frame creates a intimidating stark silhouette around the streets near Blink Terminal, where he typically calls home. His cybernetics begin at his nose, replacing his ears, nose, mouth and jaw, and his entire right arm. His personalized upgrades allow him to store enough paint and spray it out of his palms. This is extremely useful against the overly-aggressive police force of New Amsterdam, but its main practical purpose is for him to make his mark around the city. Blitz likes to put his signature in hard-to-reach, what-the-hell-are-you-doing-up-there spots - places you can't ignore. 

Cracks in his apathetic facade like to appear when someone shows genuine interest in him or his art, as he deep down longs for a sense of belonging. He doesn't trust words easily, but actions speak louder than words. Show your true colors, and he will show his.
