Quin is one of the first of the Wishmaker Mews, descended from Addie. They are calm and collected, and an excellent judge of character. They are content to grant small, simple wishes without too much protest, but more intensive wishes are not granted so easily. Quin communicates through mirrors in the water’s surface that can be connected across the Universe like video chats.
Quin also serves as Stelaris’s planetary Guardian.
