About
Ji-ho is a tired, apathetic man who seems not to care about anything. He grew up in a small, fictional town in South Korea called 'Sinjeon-ri' and has never left it, though he dreams of one day escaping what he refers to as "Hell."
Ji-ho works the nightshift at the only convenience store in town - a rundown 7-Eleven. Since he's alone in the store all night, he blasts music and plays games on his phone or reads manga/manhwa. He sees maybe one or two customers on a busy night, so he's usually pretty bored. Sometimes, his friends will come in and hang out with him for a bit, but other than that, he's alone... or is he?

Story Information
Sinjeon-ri has a population of only about 8,000. While on the surface, it appears to be your average, every day small town with nothing going on, Sinjeon-ri holds many mysteries. Within the past 20 years, over 100 people have gone missing and no one talks about it. Every single case is closed after only a few months with police claiming the victims left town, only to never be heard from again. What's even more strange is that exactly a year after a person has disappeared, everyone seems to forget who they were or that they even existed to begin with - even family members. Where are these people going? Why doesn't anyone remember them..?
To the majority of the world, non-humans do not exist. No one truly believes in ghosts and demons, do they? However, the population of Sinjeon-ri seem to believe in superstitions and traditions more than most places. Be that because it's a small secluded town or because of the odd happenings, no one really knows. One of the most prominent families in Sinjeon-ri, the Sam (삼), have a long lineage of shamans and are highly respected by the community. Sam Hwa-ja, the current head of the Sam family, is Sinjeon-ri's mayor and most respected shaman.
The most recent missing person in Sinjeon-ri is Kwon Jae-hyun, Ji-ho's older brother.
