Penelope

Penelope, also known as Penny, is one of the orphanages of the story. She was abandoned as a child due to her parents working in shadier businessses, and needing to focus on work rather than raising a child. She has a new york accent. She has a lot of abandonment issues, making her tend to act increasingly clingy and protective, especially with her closest friend Louise.

She's a fiery insect, one that isn't afraid to speak her mind. She tends to get angry with others, tending to take things a step too far. She has a crooked antennae that hasn't healed yet after an incident with Charlotte, the same one that got Angel's wings tattered.
