Francois is a very odd squirt. He dwells in the swamps and some say that he talks to the crocodiles and rats. Its a well known fact that he eats the rats. He is known to give out predictions to people, but never upon request. If you enter his territory, its more than likely that you will get chased out. He is a loner and prefers to stay far away from other squirts unless forced to interact with them.
