Fuyuki

There was a sheikah in the village of Kakariko Village, who absolutely loved the stories of the legend of the Keaton. So much so he wished to bring that species back from extinction. This sheikah’s name is Fuyuki, as male of the village who tended to keep to himself. 

One day he finally went through with an experiment to bring back the key from extinction only for to backfire and caused him to gain features of the Keaton. As he gazed at his reflection, he couldn't help but chuckle at the absurdity of it all. The fox ears and tail that now adorned his body had initially filled him with frustration and embarrassment.  

Fuyuki hated this outcome, it made him more of an outcast than he already was. Now that he had to hide a tail and fox ears.  Over time the children of the village gave him the affectionate nickname, "Mr. Keaton," had somehow made him feel...magical. The legend of the Keaton, a mythical creature said to possess wisdom and cunning, had long been a part of the village's folklore, and he couldn't help but wonder if this newfound form was a chance to bring back the stories and myths that had been lost over time. With a newfound sense of purpose, he set out to explore the village and its surroundings, embracing his new identity as Mr. Keaton, the fox-eared Sheikah.
