Imaginative, silly, whimsical, shy at times. Not afraid to stand up for herself. Personality is literally just BMO from Adventure Time but a bit more shy. Mischievous and likes messing with people for fun.
She’s a little mage and her powers relate to the ocean, tides, and can communicate with all ocean creatures.
Lives in an abandoned lighthouse she repurposed on a small island. She's transformed it into a little magical aquarium where she keeps her fish friends and sea jellies. (She catches them herself.) Genuinely cannot stop collecting sea creatures. It's a problem.
Details:
Communicates with funny seal noises. Everyone is magically able to understand her.
If feral do not include leg markings. Only the ones on her hips, chest, arms and tail tip.
No paw pads ever
Eye whites (sclera) are almost never visible
Can be drawn with more seal-like proportions. Chubby!! Fur is fluffy like a baby seal, with adult markings.
