COMMISSIONS
- i have the right to refuse or decline a commission for any reason.
- my style is experimental and will fluctuate off of the design i'm asked to draw, if you are looking for consistency then please do not commission me.
- do not use my art for commercial usage without asking.
process - i do not allow refunds if the art agreed upon is in the coloring process
- my turnaround time can vary between a day to a couple weeks, if you are looking for a deadline or specific date please discuss it with me.
DESIGN/ADOPTABLES
- designs i have created are not to be sold for any higher than they were bought unless the design has additional artwork of any kind (personal, gift, commissions, etc.)
- you are allowed to change anything on the design you have bought, please just keep my original design with credit.
- i do not do refunds for adopts.
- please do not delete my designs i have originally uploaded and transferred to you, privating is fine!
IMAGE USAGE
- any art i have created can and will be used as an example at anytime.
- if you use or re-post my artwork, please credit me.
- my art is only to be used by the person who has commissioned, bought an adopt, or received art in general from me.
PAYMENT
- i use paypal only for commissions and adoptables.
- if buying a commission or design, i ask that you pay first.
