Lucifer Barbier is a human infected by a magical, parasitic plant that resembles a rose. It requires blood to survive, so has transformed it's host into basically a vampire. If he doesn't want the plant to start using his own blood, he needs to take from others. He's primarily a florist and gardener, growing and selling both magical and non-magical plants, but after getting infected, he's taken up bounty hunting to help satiate the hunger for blood without needing to potentially kill anyone he may regret. 

Despite the infection, Lucifer still retains his self control, memories, and personality, even if the parasite compels him to do certain things like go outside or eat copious amounts of desserts. Lucifer is a very polite vampire, always greeting people with a smile. A people-pleaser through and through. Elegant and calm, everything that people would expect from a noble vampire. 

Despite his clean outward appearance, his mind is in fact, completely cluttered. He's disorganized, and has a difficult time working on a proper schedule. When there's a bouquet order, it tends to get done last minute. He prefers to go with the flow, so he's quite adaptable to new situations, but finds himself quickly bored by monotony. 

He also tends to keep people at a distance, worried that asking anything from others would label him as selfish. He hides all discomfort behind a smile. The outer image is very important to him. He must be seen as a well put together and kind gentleman always at all times. 

Abilities: 

Immortality- As long as the plant survives, so does Lucifer. He still physically ages, albeit much slower now. 

Healing Factor- The rose is able to heal and close up any open wounds that Lucifer may receive. It can even heal back dismembered limbs but only if the limb is there to be reattached. It cannot create new limbs 

Fangs and claws- Just like a Vampire, he is able to bite and suck blood with his fangs. He also has retractable, large and sharp claws that he primarily uses to attack with 

Blood Fury- When Lucifer consumes a large quantity of blood at once, he can go into "blood fury" mode, where his movements and physical abilities are heightened. He only has a short time in this mode before all the access blood is used up and he crashes like he's recovering from a caffeine rush 

Extra: 

- If someone owes Lucifer a favor, he may ask for a small donation of blood to help keep the plant satisfied instead 

- He lives right above his flower shop and garden in a small apartment complex and it is a MESS. This man's a hoarder who doesn't know how to clean up. He tends to buy and collect every fancy thing he likes and has made his living space very cramped. 

- If there is one thing Lucifer and the Rose can agree on, it's that sweets are the best. Cake, macaroons, chocolate, it's all great. 

- Belgian waffles are heavenly 

- Lucifer tends to regard the parasite as a separate entity from him and sometimes talks to it as if it's another person. It is unknown whether it actually speaks to him or not, but Lucifer seems to understand it
