Risori

Cold and ruthless, Risori sees the world purely in things that may benefit her and things that are useless to her, this stretching to people as well. Fae have no fear of death, or of killing others to get her own way. Whilst she tends to leave all of her business to her agents, she is not hesitant to take matters into her own hands.

As a monarch demon, Risori was the heir to a family of immensely powerful demons. Risori's family in particular controlled an entire legion of spies that had a hold over the 9 rings of Urmosa. When Risori's father passed, she inherited control over their family's network of spies, assassins and the like. All of them swear allegiance to her. Due to her power and control over various territories of Urmosa, she managed to make her way to the top, joining Hell's Five as she was predestined to do.

Can amplify/reduce the effects of withering/ageing in things/people. This can be a permanent change in non-living things and plants, yet is only temporary in people.
Can shift between a full 'human' form and a full demon form in different degrees, mainly keeping a half-and-half form as it is the most comfortable for her.
