Colt is kind of a thorn in most people's side. An office worker who just loves to do everything exactly by the book and if you do otherwise you should be punished. Sort of like the one kid who tells on everyone in grade school.

Colt isn't an adversity, and is actually there to help and be a slight nuisance. His impatience can be a problem because he rushes to get things done when he really shouldn't which leads to many problems.
