dragonair alt evo I sketched forever ago and forgot about jfdkjf
I love dragonite, but I also love dragonair so the idea here was an alternate evo that keeps more design elements from them. Also heavily influenced by magic the dragon (beanie babies) who I adore
name is a combination of dragon and deluxe, might come up with something better later
Type is likely dragon/fairy, maybe pixilate for the ability idk. I'll probably rethink the ability and iron out things like moves or dex info later as well. I basically just wanted to toss this up here so I'd stop forgetting to hahaha
