Junta is a loud, outgoing jock who likes to think of himself as a friend to everyone. He tends to not take things seriously, trying to make fun of whatever situation he's in and to not let anything get to him. He's impulsive, often speaking before thinking which lands him in trouble more often than not. He can be rather flirty for the fun of it, usually not even realizing he's flirting. He'll take selfies and send them to his whole contacts list. His long time best friend Baltica the Armaldo usually tries to reign in his impulsive tendencies to keep him from going to far with his words or actions, for his sake and others.

Despite his impulsiveness has a very strong moral fiber, and if he feels there's an injustice he will do what he can to fight for the cause he believes in, putting himself on the front lines with little hesitation. He has a bleeding heart and despite his carefree facade, seeing others not care about certain things pains him more than anything.
