Pet to Oleander.

He is much much more than he seems..

Character Notes: Wisp is much much older and much more demonic than even his current form entails, he has a gargantuan owl form with a splitting sharp edged mouth similar to that of a Potoo, aswell as having many more eyes and sharp talented feet. Wisp can shape shift between smaller and larger forms. He is not bound to just one appearance or shape. He live in a massive bird cage kept hidden somewhere by Oleander herself.

Wisp is a silent type though he can be extremely aggressive. 

The only form where he ‘walks like a normal owl’ would be his gargantuan form, otherwise he uses the edges of his wings to crawl and clamber about aswell as being able to fly.

Wisp often has some sort of neck bind which in turn tethers him to the mortal realm through the use of ancient runes and dream magic. Typically this is in the form of a spiked collar. This dream magic can be strengthened and hidden in other accessories such as the feathered one atop his head. Overall this dream magic not only aids to tether him, but it always aids in weakening him significantly.
