Chie was born in border of forest and desert region in south "petal" area of island. He's pretty much chilled and easy going; got trust issues, he's really serious only about his visual appearance - pretty much addicted of jewelry from desert area, got one craftsman who creates special pieces only for him, but he's annoying and always ask for more. He's trying to use his pretty face every time he wants something, but it doesn't works out every time as he would wish so.
