Bones is a fun-loving member of the Halloween community. He is one of the more enthusiastic Halloween residents, as he is all about candy, decorations, spooks and fun pranks. He's incredibly interested in seeing Halloween in Namina after hearing how big their Halloween party is. He's interested in meeting Queen Candace and her Princely sons. 

He desires to run for Halloween Town President next year, but wants to enjoy the fun of being a newbie this year
