Personality: Circe is often tired, dozy, and zoned out, not paying much attention to the world around her and largely seeming unfazed by things. She always has a happy and content disposition, generally being agreeable and friendly, though sometimes she has a bit of a passive aggressive side to her. Circe likes helping people, particularly with sleep problems. She knows it comes naturally to her and always wants it to come as naturally to everyone else. She uses her dream powers for good - sleeping and travelling into the dreams of other people and making their dreams more peaceful, allowing for easy rest. Not only does she use her dream powers for help towards others, but she also likes to have a little fun with them in her sleep. Not in a malicious way, but sometimes she'll randomly pop into other people's dreams to do something silly or random that'd leave the person waking up confused. Circe always has some level of fatigue from the amount of activity she gets up to in her sleep and she's always pretty distant or out of it as a result.

Weaknesses: She only has access to her dream-based powers when she is asleep and can access the dream realm.
