A loyal and diplomatic gem, Ocean Jasper does her best to get the job done. Of course, sometimes she doesn't know her limits when it comes to getting the job done, so sometimes she can take it too far and injure herself or others without meaning to. An excitable gem, her overall enthusiasm is infectious, meaning that she'll probably be able to convince you to help build her a land boat. We have no idea how that would work, but she's currently working on making one.

story
Ocean Jasper was once in control of the navy squadrons that were under Smoke's control. But, after Smoke left homeworld, all of her troops were left behind and abandoned to fend for themselves while the war went on. Many gems scattered, including Ocean Jasper, and by chance, she landed on Earth and found the Hidden Village after following some rumors about it. Now, she controls the boat traffic that may come through the river, waterfall, and lake. Every once in a while, she doubles as a lifeguard when needed. She has a steamboat that she calls Willie.
