His entire village was decimated due to a local lab experiment gone awry. One of the experiments, a tiny fluffy tabby kitten with (at the time) no seemingly obvious oddities, was transported with him to Kinikoh- a spiritual monk like planet that was also known for training the best warrior bodyguards. The training is rigorous until the age of 10, when you can choose to leave the planet in semi-servitude (lifelong commitment to those that purchase you) or stay on Kinikoh and live your life in peaceful celibacy. Kinikoh warriors are prefered to have the decision made so young, that way when purchased they go on to build a stronger bond between master and guard. In Dimitri's case, he is bonded to his orphaned brother Sebastian, meaning they were trained to compliment each-others weakness. Having a Kinikoh gaurd is considered a high status symbol.
Personality: Dimitri is loud, abrasive, and without shame- but severely loyal to his ward. As an orphan, he was sent to a convent that specialized in raising fierce but loyal guards. He freaking loves his cat, Bubbakins. Dimitri is known for his 'tattoo' like markings, wheat blonde hair, glass blue eyes, and mutton chops. He prefers to fight with weapons, but in close quarter combat he relies on kickboxing (like a kangaroo, he uses his tail too). Specialties: Guns, Swords, Axes, long range and close quarters combat.
Dimitri and Sebastian have moved on from being in Britt's world and is now in Seas world.

In no matter what setting, Dimitri is masterful with weapons of all sorts ...with the exception of the bow. He still has some practice to go with that. Even in a modern setting, he is wonderful with guns.
