Hanshin 'Shihai' Kaneshiro
During the Heian Era, the golden age of jujutsu, four sorcerers were born with the curse of rebirth. The sisters ruled over death, famine, warfare, and conquest. They were the most powerful sorcerers until Ryomen Sukuna mercilessly defeated them.

Hanshin Kaneshiro is a supporting character in Jujutsu Kaisen. In 2006, she was a first-year student at Tokyo Jujutsu High with Kento Nanami and Yu Haibara. Hanshin is the oldest of her sisters and the current head of the Kaneshiro Clan.
She returned to Aomori for clan obligations after graduating as a full-fledged jujutsu sorcerer and now works as a guidance counselor at Aomori Jujutsu High.

Hanshin has demonstrated herself to be extremely cunning, cold, and almost manipulative due to the nature of her cure technique. She always yearned for meaningful relationships, feeling unworthy of doing so due to her curse of rebirth.
