Devilfish

Personality: Serious, ruthless, painfully stubborn. Seems strangely withdrawn and almost shy on the surface.
Backstory: Not much of it is known. He used to be the leader of his own little brigade in the Octarian army before being singlehandedly defeated by Agent 3, after which he disappeared... most would say it's because his soul was freed by a certain inkantation, but in reality, it was that and the fact that he was basically kidnapped. He stayed on the surface for about two years before sneaking back down into Octo Canyon, just to be defeated again. After that, some more drastic measures were taken as he and one of his best spies were called to an underground testing facility...
Nowadays, he's more or less Blotley's permanent roommate, however reluctantly. He's supposed to be spending the rest of his days in a snowglobe after his former squad turned on him, but after letting himself out one night no one dared to put him back in.
