He's the type who does trial and error method except it takes far fewer errors for him to get a hang of things. Learning by witnessing is the way for him, though he has a fairly good memory and would remember from spoken guidances as well.
As a result, also one to read the room fast, intentionally or not. He just has a good pair of ear and eyes, combined with processing information fast. Noticing others' mannerisms and brhaviors, gathering if something is off or not, etc.
The above does not make him behave differently or think of someone differently, however! He chooses to think of the best of others- like, hey, maybe they had a bad day! There's always the next day and the days after to look forward to, in the case anything got messed up, there's always another opportunity to mend things!
= Overcompensating / Peaceful / Curious
Difficult as the situation may be, they're willing to try! They have to try. They'd rather put effort into something that may seem impossible than sit and do nothing at all, 'cause you miss every shot you don't take! Though sometimes, they tend to try too much, even if they don't have to.
Overall, they're the kind of person who'd rather keep the peace, or find a solution to a problem that doesn't involve anyone getting hurt. If tension is brewing, they'd be the first to try and cool things down. How?
Well- they've always seem genuinely interested in what others are saying/talking about. If there's one thing they're good at, it's talking. Not just as a distraction, but to also get to know them while they're at it and hope for the best that it works out. Would you still be about to pummel someone to dust if another person asks you what's your favorite ice cube shape?
- Stubborn / Repressed / Withdrawn
Unfortunately he's got a very "I can fix him" mentality. Despite what clear signs there may be for him to see, he's set to believe that people can change if you try hard enough. He believes that given enough time, they'll come around.
They've got a habit of pushing aside their own issues in favor of other's own. Part because they don't know how to even start, part because, well- accepting they've got problems is going to unload a whole load of weight they've tried so hard to keep down, so they don't really want to burn that bridge if they get there, y'know? It's better if no one knows anyway. People need them to be at their best afterall!
He doesn't let others see what, to him, is the ugly side of him as shown above. When he's at his worst, he'll withdraw from others and come back around when he's feeling better. He'd rather face troubles alone than face the fear of what may happen if someone sees him on the down low, fearing the worst outcome if they do. He's selfish in a way where he's controlling other's perception of who they are and trying to keep up that image.
