Rambling time :

TRIGGER WARNING FOR MENTIONS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT / VIOLENCE

• First child of Il Dottore and Pantalone, oldest out of three children. (Had) an younger brother (Afonya, deceased, was the middle child) and a younger sister (Yaketerina, Deceased, youngest / babby of the family).
  
  
• Is known to be extremely estranged from her mother Pantalone as she often uses his money to participate in gambling (especially in the past before she became a gambling croupier) and dislikes him as a whole, often rebels against his word, doesn't give a shit about him, and still finds ways to steal his money to gamble despite her own job paying well. Sort of stll on talking terms with her father as they share a similar mindset of being fucked up, not that close with him but he's the only family that she is that she is on speaking terms with. Very distant from her younger brother, but was extremely close to Yaketerina and is still despaired over her death to this day.
  
  
• Little is unknown about her personal life, upbringing, etc other than that she became estranged from Pantalone (generally was not close to him and favored being with her father) when she became a teen and started to participate in gambling somehow, started being in "a neverending war" against her lifelong rival Mstislav (Capitano x Pierro fankid bc yes - The former 12th Neo Harbinger) , always was close to her younger sister Yaketerina despite living in her shadow, she helped her sister grow into the psychopath, highest ranking Neo Harbinger of them all until she died, didn't give a shit about her brother dying (who was in a relationship with Mstislav until his death) , very mysterious hot women.
  
  
• In some unknown time, Ofeliya disappeared from the Fatui (becoming "The Forgotten 13th") and their records for a long time. Some say a few decades, before resurfacing after the death of Yaketerina by her adopted son (Named Fitzgerald-Gilbert) (who is in a relationship with Mstislav and still is to the present day!!!) that she adopted with her girlfriend Matryona (Arlecchino x Columbina fankid ehe) and shit went south, the adopted son killed Yaketerina in a rage caused by the fact that Yaketerina was trying to kidnap his kid and made her run away from the Fatui while chasing her, and after Yaketerina's death the Fatui (as much as they hate her) had to call her back to replace her dead siblings.
  
  
• Despite having a more active role in the Fatui now, Ofeliya is still rather obscure (but since she is more active due to being called by the Fatui, a little more is known about her. Kind of.). However as a Taking The L member she has been more active in their activities of "catching fish" and has even "caught the fish" that killed her sister- She has "chosen her fish to catch" Essentially (TW IN SPOILERS) :

  Sexaully assaulted and violates those "fish caught" (codeword for "victims caught") . The organization Taking The L are composed of the most degenerate, criminal and downright horrific people existing in Teyvat.

  "Choosing fish to catch" is codeword for saying that a member has chosen their target to hunt down, violate and kill. In Ofeliya's case it is both Fitzgerald-Gilbert and his husband (and her lifelong rival) Mstislav. All members are known to be serial sex offenders and perhaps serial killers, and are notably worse than the Fatui despite their secrecy and inactivity in the recent years. It is noted that when violating Fitzgerald-Gilbert, Ofeliya felt a sadistic pleasure and joy and that was the only time she "caught a fish" and "felt good from it", which is unusual considering she usually doesn't feel anything from doing her job.

  
  
  
• Battle mechanics: Think Kafka but with two swords instead of one and on crack + is extremely unpredictable and can buff herself, debuff enemies, do both and gain HP , do both and lose HP , and can do counterattacks like Blade can and combine the Overload mechanic and Pyro / Electro. That's basically her. She's extremely inconsistent and does whatever she want's according to if "it will result in the manifestation of interesting events" .
  
  
• Basically very unlikable and people feel uneasy af around her, she is quite selfish even though she can be selfless at times. Sometimes she will watch a person get beat up and do nothing to help. Or torture someone herself and feel sadistic pleasure from it. Or sometimes she is bored “to death's door” while overseeing a gambling match and turns up the stakes by pitting the players against each other by accusing one of them for using tricks to gain the upper hand. It doesn’t matter who gets the end of the stick or all the benefits, or who comes out alive- Not even herself matters when it comes to an event unfolding at her hands- So long as she is intact and living in the end.
  
  
• Basically a very complicated person who you definitely shouldn't think is a hero at all who. Really likes to fuck around and see what happens, primarily focusing on manipulating events and defying against fate.
  
• Ask her to step on you and she will take it literally. She knows there are simps out there and won't hesitate to take advantage of that, all I am saying-
