♪ “hasbro” is the stage name of drow singer/songwriter, “corall’ea ale’th.” hasbro is his preferred name, though, as many do not actually know his “legal” name for his “safety.” he grew up as a sort of child prodigy in his village, then was picked up– essentially stolen from his family– by then-charlatan drow twins, sintra and vyll’ly. telling hasbro that his family had abandoned him, they groomed him into performing arts, and he quickly became somewhat of a celebrity. however, to keep his family (who were actually Good People) from finding him, sintra and vyll’ly changed his name to hasbro and made him wear a sleek, coral-colored mask while performing. they travel in a very fancy caravan through the underdark, owned and run by the managers, and more than anything, hasbro does not want to be there.
♪ hasbro moves sort of twitchily. he’s double-jointed and in dance is not graceful, instead alienistic. he tends to emote with his entire body– very weirdly– and he is a quiet individual, preferring to think through song, and uses primarily a sing-song voice or, more rarely, monotone. he is tall, his skin is dark gray, and he has a series of letters in red tattooed down his face, neck, and arms. he has silver hair with a fringe that cuts forward in a semi-bob, longer in front than back. his eyes are a deep red– similar to his tattoos, and his nose is slightly upturned and small. he shaves his eyebrows, and his ears, as a drow’s, are long and pointy, though unpierced. he has no piercings, under the authority of his managers, just his tattoos, which were also under the authority of his managers. hasbro is trans masculine, and though he fought tooth and nail to deepen his voice (good for stirring attention for new music) he still has an "afab" body.
♪ hasbro is polyamorous (as far as he knows) and has been forced into sexual situations by his managers on many a time, though both parties were typically uninterested or turned off by being forced together. he never had time to be truly attracted to anyone, but he has had sex, and then has been scolded for doing so, because of his bizarre quasi-secret identity. he has sexual frustration, but he feels as though he can never connect to anyone because he never has been able to before. hasbro has, as he became older, been forced to put forth sex appeal in performance, though stay untouchable in the public eye. the managers have a sort of hold on him where they approve of what he does in every aspect of both his professional life and personal life.
♪ hasbro is horny and finally unleashed. he is a sexual masochist, which may or may not have a little to do with childhood trauma affecting his brain. as mentioned above, he is a man of little words, but he is unafraid to kill or hurt or do “morally wrong” things. he knows self defense, he knows spells, and he’s ready to use them. he often tells jokes at the wrong moments, or in a weird tone, and likes pastries. he is trained in basic gymnastics and dance. he is mildly afraid of spiders (lol) and a lot of insects, and he’s afraid that his managers will find him, somehow, and ruin what he has going with these insane bitches. he's afraid to show strong emotions, especially crying, as when he was little he would be hit/beaten if expressing anything but explicit happiness. he is a perfectionist, due to similar reasons, almost to a fault.
♪ hasbro is initially attracted to astarion because the first thing he does is put a knife to his throat. hasbro has never been in direct danger before, has people to take care of the potential of this. and then so on and so forth, i’m still playing the game <3 theoretically, hasbro is also interested in fucking shadowheart and also gale, but the game probably won’t play out like that in the end.
