• Don’t trade/gift/sell my designs off Toyhouse. If I can’t find my designs/characters, you’ll be put on my blacklist and their profile will be remade. (Hidden/Private is alright but let me know; I would prefer if I could see them.)
  
  
• Don’t copy, trace, steal, heavily reference or do anything similar to my designs.
  
  
• Do NOT replace or remove my credit. My designs and art must always be credited when used/uploaded anywhere.

• Do not offer for my designs if you’re going to get rid of or put them up for offers right away. 
  
  
• If my character is not used, I ask that you either find them a new home or return them to me.
  
  
• Designs cannot be resold for a (higher) price unless art was added. Design prices should not over-inflate past what they’re worth.
  
  
• Don’t send my designs to users on my blacklist. If done so, you will be added onto it as well.

• My designs can be used in NSFW works as long as; the character is 18+, the form isn’t feral or child-like, and doesn’t depict or glorify dangerous/unconsensual activity. You must also be 18+ to turn a design NSFW.

• If you upload one of my designs/artworks, please credit me on the same site it was uploaded to. If you can’t find it, let me know so I can help.

• If you own my design, you are free to redesign it; as long as the essence of the character remains familiar. You may change species however you like unless it’s a Semi-Closed/Closed Species; where you need permission from both me and the species owner.
  
  
• Do not use any of my designs as or to promote NFTs or any kind of cryptocurrency. 
  
  
• Do not use my designs to create or promote AI generated art. You will be put on my Blacklist.
  
  Any rules being broken by you, as an owner of my design, could lead to being either blocked or blacklisted.
