Surge

Appearance:
Eye Colour: Yellow.
Skin Tone: Beige.
Height: 163cm.

Surge is fairly average in most ways, being of average height and average build. He always wears what is trendy and he wears a small, silver stud in his left ear. He has fierce eyes which gives him an intense gaze, one that often makes others uncomfortable.  

Surge has shorter, faded hair around the sides and back, with normal hair on the top. On either side of his head there are two lines which cut through the shorter hair. He ties his tentacles back into a low ponytail at the base of his head.

Personality:
Fashionable and fresh, Surge is always on top of the trends. He comes from a wealthy background, and as such he wants for nothing; he’s always the first to have the latest. He’s a spoilt brat who’s used to having his own way, and expects only the best. As he is always has what’s hot and popular, Surge is considered to be very fresh by his peers.

However, despite being popular amongst his peers, Surge is a bully. He’s got an arrogant and cocky attitude and is an infamous jerk. He mocks and belittles others, and while there are those who he targets specifically, anyone who speaks with him is treated rudely. As such, it’s rare to see Surge in large groups, which suits him fine as he prefers his own company over anyone else’s anyway. Surge is unlikely to get into a physical fight, however, he is knows how to fight and has no qualms with doing so. That said, he knows how to pick his fights and will not engage if the odds are not in his favour.

Surge is very good at keeping his cool and can keep up his cocky, self-assured demeanour with ease. That said, he can be a tad touchy, and if you happen to hit a nerve he becomes incredibly vicious. He’s unrelentingly vindictive and doesn’t forget those who cross him, and once he gets into a mood, he becomes very stubborn and difficult to reason with. When he sets his mind to something, it is difficult to stop him.

Surge has been practising charger since he was young and is is amongst the best in his league. He is an aggressive sniper and is known to taunt and squidbag those who he splats. His skills with the charger have made him a sought after teammate and he’s been invited to join many teams. However, he always turns them down, preferring to play solo or in a twin with squad with Hero. Killer Inkstinct is the first team he has been apart of.

Backstory:
Coming from a wealthy background, Surge wants for nothing. Both his parents are busy with their work and are not around as much as they should be, so he gets what he wants in an attempt to make up for it. His mother, in particular, spoils him, however she has little control over him now as he is used to getting what he wants. Being the kid who had everything, Surge has always been popular, but as he has gotten older his friend circle has gotten smaller.

Strengths:
As a charger main, Surge happily picks off far off foes to defend his teammates. He takes this job seriously, keeping an eye out for flanks and stopping enemy advances. With his sprinklers, he is able to claim turf, as well as quickly build up points for his baller special.

Weaknesses:
If anyone gets within shooting range, Surge has difficulty shaking them off. Typically he will avoid taking anyone on in close quarters, however if someone gets close, sprinklers offer no defence making it difficult for Surge to defend himself. However despite this, Surge is an aggressive sniper, often creeping closer to the action than he should. 

Fun Facts:

 Has a pet dog named Cashdog that he rescued when he was younger. He wakes up early every morning to walk him, as Cashdog doesn't like strangers.
 Surge dislikes it when people get in his personal space. He tends to flinch if people touch him.
 Is most likely to fall asleep on the bus.
