Nova (name pending)

This is a character who I'm planning to reboot the name and their general backstory of, but their reboot will basically have them as the leader of a group of people who have been experimented on to have Dinosaur DNA. They have both powers and are able to take dinosaur forms, but have to try and keep themselves hidden. Their main ability is super speed, and his transformation is that of a Deinonychus.

They try to cover as a punk rock band to disguise their features that start to creep through, trying to keep moving to survive the city streets.
