Lux's Ownership

General:

**I do not allow anyone to edit, color edit, trace, use or repost my art in any way. That also includes adding effects/stickers/etc over my art.**

Commissioners are allowed to use and repost **with proper credits the artwork** that they commissioned from me. If commissioners want to edit in some way the artwork they will need to contact me first.

I reserve the right to post your commission on my portfolio or social media.

**I reserve the right to decline your commission request for any reason.**

When requesting a commission be ready with the form completed.

**I do not allow any kind of commercialization of my art. All art is for personal purposes only.**

**I do not allow any kind of NTF with my art.**

Section 1: Payment

All payment is in **USD** currency

All payment is done via **Paypal Invoice and must be paid within 24hr.** If unpaid after the 24 hours, your commission request will be denied UNLESS exception. If there is an inconvenience that makes you unable to pay in time please talk to me (preferably) beforehand.

Invoices use your mail for payment.

Any personal information will be kept private.

**All sketches will not be started until payment is done.**

**There will be no refund once the commission is started UNLESS I have an issue on my hand.** If so there will be a full refund.

Section 2: Illustration

**Check “Can & Can’t” list above, feel free to ask questions.**

**I do not work with deadlines.**

All art can take from a few weeks to a few months depending on my schedule.

You will get at least a rough sketch to confirm with me before colors.

Edits before painting is started are free, on the other hand asking for edit once the painting is started or finished artwork will cost extra. **Keep in mind I tend to merge all my layers together as I start painting.**

Section 3: Character Design & Adoptable

Everything above also applies to this section.

NO COMERCIAL USES.

I do not allow any kind of copying or tracing any of my character design, adoptable or custom design commission.

I do not allow any underage person to own or buy any of my adoptable or designs.

**If reselling**; you must resell at the same prices as you bought it from me unless there is additional artwork that can add monetary value. Gift/traded art does not count. Personal art can count if you wish.

Once traded or gifted, it's monetary value will be gone unless you add art AFTER the trade/gift.

**SPECIES**; All designs of mine cannot be transformed or added to private, closed, semi-closed, or any species with real currency involved species without my permission. Said species Terms of Services will be reviewed by myself beforehand. **If a species does not include any type of pay wall**, permission will not be needed.

**Re-designing**; Any kind of redesigning is allowed as long as it doesn't include or involve inappropriate subjects, you must archive the original artwork privately or not. Original artwork cannot be edited in any means and proper credit must stay.
