SO THIS WENT THROUGH REVISIONS-

At first I went through this and had the STRONG urge to make an iterator, but I knew I couldn't do that. So instead, I made an alien cowboy-

AND THEN I REALIZED YOU REQUESTED A HUMAN AND THAT I HORRIBLY MISREAD-

So now he's a human, spacefaring cowboy (based on the two vibes of the instrumental), with a rotting hand and wings based on the first lyric in the song. Added the pearls as an attribute of whatever society the world he comes from has, and a clock on the hat for the 'stop the world' and the 'clock is numbered and ready' lines!

I also missed the whole 'Beta Pokémon' thing, and if I had realized that was there I probably would have done that, but I am not in the mindspace to do this entire thing over, so I hope this looks alright for you!!
