nicolai's hair color is a very stark white and pinkish red color, where the opposite horns are matching. with the dark red-ish one over the white hair and white over red.
he is very pale, almost sickly, with hazel-caramel eyes. the white pupils are optional but preferred and any heart-shaped shines would be appreciated.
his wings are a leather-like texture and the tail/blood bag is entirely for show only (wings & tail optional when drawn). the ears atop his head are soft, fluffy almost, and mimic the shape of a fox's (not optional).

born to a mother who chose to abandon the pure blood traditions of vampires, nicolai was raised in a loving home with his parents. he had lived a relatively reclusive life, staying within their own home more often than not.
while this did lead to him not have many friends, there were a few that made their ways into his life, most of them being the children of his parents' friends and relatives.
nicolai spent more and more time as he got older wondering if he would ever find someone like his parents had. since they had fallen in love despite all of the resistance and push back of their community's standards and expectations. he also saw many of his friends find love as he grew up but never really understood what that feeling really was like.

despite all odds and a random date set up by friends, nicolai fell in love with dorina the moment he saw her. they clicked immediately.
that's when he realized: soulmates are real.
from that first date onwards, he would not stop thinking about her and he wanted to spend the rest of eternity with her. everyday. forever. until there was no ounce of their existence left to remember them by.
