Tempo, mainly called by his alias 'Handsome', is the head of the operation to overrule and deactivate ORACLE. He is well-known for his determination, courage, and carelessness when it comes to danger. He rides a motorbike throughout Odyssey to search for information and something fun to do outside of the mission. He loves a good smoke and to cause a bit of mayhem - does someone hear the bank's alarm blaring?
