[DESCRIPTION]
Gari is a Drifloon with noticeable differences to a normal one, those being his horns, tape, eyes, stitches, single string and his especially odd nature. Gari is quite viscous. cold-blooded and has quite a lot of resolve for a Drifloon. No one quite knows of his true intentions, he has an insatiable hunger that some say is comparable to that of a Guzzlord, going as far as to hunt and kill anything and anyone to satiate it. He has a tendency to lay low and away from public spaces most of the time. But whenever he is going about in public, he adopts a friendly and cheery facade to hide his true nature and to manipulate anyone to get what he wants.
