Design Terms of Use
- Any commissioned art/ designs cannot be used for commercial purposes unless discussed in advance. Otherwise commissions/designs are for personal use only
- Please credit me via visible name/link when posting any commissioned work/designs on social media
- I do not give permission for my art/designs to be used as NFTs/cryptocurrency/AI inputs
- Do not steal/copy/trace my artwork/designs
- All of my designs are posted on Toyhou.se for tracking purposes- never under any circumstance delete one of my designs
- Designs can be gifted*, traded, or resold for its initial price + value added through additional art that you have bought/created
- *Once a design is gifted its current total sale value is void
- You are free to create any closed species versions of my designs as long as it's still identifiable from the OG design
- When redesigning/editing a character I designed be sure the character is still identifiable
