Hai YuShen (海花岸)

Yushen is a sea dragon who had once been a god but due to his previous efforts of using forbidden arts to conquer the ocean and all the people nearby, he has been demoted to a demigod with no chance of ascending. Now he wanders endlessly through the mortal realm seeking company, but all those he accompanies wither away too fast for his time is eternal. This was his punishment, to see how valuable life is. His powers were limited to holding a river or two, much less than before, however he still had the power to control the waters of where he could touch, making wherever he goes rain. (His mood also controls the rain) The other gods look down on him while his fellow dragons either pity or admire him for his past achievements.
