Icarus

Originally a (half) angel from the heavens, but doesn't let that on often. It's not a part of his past that he's very proud of. He chose to fall, unhappy with the way heaven was being run and decided to take matters into his own hands and help the mortals below.
He tried to cut his ankle wings off, but they grew back, so he bandages them up. He became a wandering traveler and salesman, using his knowlege and artificer skills to help offer solutions for problems that creatures would otherwise need magic or divine intervention to fix. He wants to eradicate the need for creatures to rely on otherworldly intervention, and has joined with the cult who share his goals.
Icarus's Angel name was Nycto, but when he decided to reject his angel side he took on the name of Icarus. His sister respects his this. While Nycto actively rejects the heavens and experiences cognitive dissonance whenever anyone suggests that it's real, the angels are very proud of him for doing such good works.
