A dragon that built up a huge mafia business selling opium in 1920s Shanghai and has continued working in the shadows to this day. Calm, cool, composed, but definitely shady. Even though he's seemingly serene on the surface, with a gentleness that one wouldn’t expect from someone rumoured to be as powerful and dangerous as him, he is, in fact, quite dangerous and ruthless.
He also technically has two names: both 刘连财 (Liú Liáncái) and 刘敛财 (Liú Liǎncái). The former (连财) is a cover name he uses on the surface in broad daylight and open society, meaning "connect/link/repeated/continuous wealth/fortune," while the latter (敛财) is the name all the people aware of his underworld empire knows him as—coming from an idiom that means to "rake in wealth, especially through corrupt means." But even if his name sounds like that idiom, don't let anyone hear you make that connection in public, or you may very well never be heard from again...
