Brief History: Born into poverty with his two older siblings, Sara and Elaine, Cassius was raised by his single father after his mother died of TB a year into his life. They struggled for quite some time, but the family managed to stick together through many hardships. Cassius would have started a difficult life, but came to befriend someone named Thomas Olfred, whose wealthy father would grant the Bram family a short inheritance and a means of escape. As a young man, Cassius would leave his family on good terms and move to the town of Deadwood with Thomas.
