Mad hatter

He's a goober of a guy, random, unpredictable, and very fond of tea. He's extremely odd but not in a malicious kind of way, more like a kooky guy that lives in the dumpster down your street that always has a positive attitude, he doesn't seem to follow the laws of physics, or reality for that matter, this guy is supposed to be human, right? He doesnt seem to make much sense when he speaks but there are those moments where he will become very wise and cryptic, and then immediately after will switch back to being kooky, who exactly is this guy anyway..

Whenever he lifts his hat theres always something different under it, could be a tea cup, could be a dove, could be the secrets of the universe, who knows?
