He is an elegant, cocky, charismatic and sassy TV showman. He is dedicated to entertaining his audience by interviewing special guests on his show and doing Quiz Shows. He likes anything that raises ratings, especially gossip and drama, which is why he loves to ask cheeky or controversial questions. He enjoys imposing punishments on the participants of his Quiz Competitions, sometimes they can even be a little harsh but usually they are harmless punishments that make people laugh.

His personality is summed up in an abundance of charisma, extravagance and being a shameless sassy . He almost always dresses with a smile on his face. He is quite expressive and shows his emotions through the screen in his head. He can also project images or videos on his screen and change color. When he is really angry or shows the twisted and crazy side of him, his screen shows the typical TV static noise.

He has powers related to the concepts of a television, he can pause the movement of a person or object, press play, rewind forward or backward, change the volume, color or language, etc. When he is using his powers, his hands change color to gradients of the same color as the tv test settings menu.
