TangerineLily and his mate StarLight were once wanderers, hailing from a small group of nomadic cats. Despite relishing in their adventurous lifestyle, the decision to settle in one place arose when Star became pregnant with their daughter, SalmonSnooze. Concerned for their family's safety, the couple chose a more stable environment for the well-being of their upcoming addition.
Though Tangerine can sometimes come off as arrogant and immature, his strength and prowess on the battlefield has solidified his reputation within the clans. TangerineLily's formidable skills make him not only a formidable force in combat but also a source of inspiration for those who admire and look up to him.
TangerineLily is renowned for his ardent love for flowers and plants, especially those with sweet-scented blooms. His collection spans a kaleidoscope of colorful and fragrant flora, as he tirelessly seeks out new plants and herbs to add to his ever-growing assortment. It's whispered among the clan that the aroma emanating from his collection surpasses the sweetest perfumes, and rumor has it that he indulges in sampling them from time to time. Tangerine holds little interest in the intricacies of politics or the ongoing quarrels between the clans. Preferring to stay on the sidelines, he actively avoids involvement in any form, much to the disappointment of many of his clanmates. Though whether or not he believes in OrionGale's "prophecies" is yet to be answered.
While from the outside SalmonSnooze and TangerineLily seem neutral towards each other, they in reality share a deep and close bond. Despite Tangerine occasionally projecting a strict demeanor towards Salmon, in reality he consistently spoils her, ensuring she was always well cared for. In moments when others expressed frustration with Salmon's penchant for laziness, Tangerine swiftly defended her, offering a protective shield against any criticism.
TangerineLily and StarShine's paths first crossed during their nomadic travels. The two fell deeply in love and have since travelled together for many moons before choosing to settle in SunClan. Both find amusement in lighthearted teasing and bickering with each other.
Despite a mutual respect towards eachother and often competing in tests of strength, TangerineLily and MontaneFrost find themselves at odds due to their differing opinions. Tangerine, driven by the belief in protecting the weak, clashes with Montane's perspective that the weak should serve the strong, leading to an uncomfortable tension between the two.
